What is the exchange process?
You may opt in for an exchange if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All purchases are subject to one time exchange policy within 30 days from your purchase. Your glasses must be returned for an exchange in new and unused condition with its complementary cases. All contact lenses are eligible for an exchange within 30 days from your purchase. Your Contact lenses must be unopened and unmarked to be eligible for an exchange.
What is the refund process?
All Glasses and Contact Lenses are eligible for 30-day return from the date of delivery. You may be eligible for a full refund if glasses are returned in a new and unused condition with its complementary cases. All glasses are subject to inspection on arrival, and your refund will be issued after the inspection. Contact Lenses must be unopened and unmarked to be eligible for a refund.
What is full year warranty?
You are eligible for one time exchange if your Glasses have arrived with manufacturing defects within 365 days of your purchase. All defects are subject to inspection upon arrival. Defects do not include physical damage due to abuse, impact or damage caused by normal wear and tear. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of your purchase; after 30 days, the defect will be classified as normal wear and tear. If you fail to report the defect within 30 days of your purchase, your product will be ineligible for a refund or exchange.
